Corporate Action VP

My client foreign investment bank is looking for Corporate Action up to VP

Responsibilities:

 Prepare files, reports, and notifications to clients, brokers, counterparties, custodians, vendors,

and other third parties for various corporate actions.

 Cover markets including HKEX, Stock Connect, and global securities (especially the US market).

 Handle products including exchange-traded securities, fixed income products, structured

products, and equity derivatives.

 Manage corporate action events such as cash/bonus dividend distribution, tender offers, share

splits/reverse splits, spin-offs, and mergers & acquisitions etc.

 Ensure all corporate events are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines.

 Maintain records accurately in systems in accordance with regulatory/audit standards.

 Prepare operational manuals for corporate action policy and procedure changes.

 Coordinate daily tasks with post-trade processing teams (cash management, trade support,

settlement).

 Support ad-hoc and special client requirements as needed.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of experience in a sizeable financial institution; solid

corporate action experience is a must.

 Settlement or middle office experience is an advantage.

 Highly adaptable to changing business requirements and financial market conditions.
