About the Role
To satisfy the eMPF portal control requirements, meet or exceed the client retention target, as well as compliance and customer service standards
Responsibilities:
Assist in the approval and review process on the high-risk transactions and/or customers of the pension business
Provide advice on CDD for client onboarding of the pension business
Prepare suspicious transaction reports as requested by Compliance
Liaise with external vender on company search report extraction
Prepare the required materials for QA testing or internal/external audit
Prepare MIS reports for the submission to compliance and senior management review
Liaise with internal departments to gather data for consolidation to the report/questionnaire from regulators
Provide supports to UAT testing of new/updated system
Assist on any task assigned by the supervisor
Identify areas of improvement and streamline the existing procedures and workflows and efficiency to enhance customer experience, and to strengthen control
Provide support to the supervisor in coaching, training and supervising junior staff / outsourced service provider
Job Requirements:
University graduate is preferred
With minimum 5 years customer services/operations experience
AML experience is highly preferred
Good knowledge on MPF/ORSO retirement schemes, group insurance products
Self-motivated and customer orientated
Detail oriented
Must be a team player
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management and organization skills
Good PC skills
Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
Others:
