Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

Develop and deliver strategic internal communications plans to strengthen organisational culture and reinforce a value-driven workplace
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives across the region
Promote effective information-sharing and collaboration across regional and global offices
Support the roll-out and localisation of the firm's employee value proposition in Asia

Additional Responsibilities

Partner with global communications teams to identify and support external communication opportunities across Asia
Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across business functions
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends in communications and marketing
Create high-quality written and multimedia content for internal platforms including intranet and newsletters
Oversee content planning, editorial calendars and related communication platforms
Support leadership communications including drafting key messages, announcements and presentations
Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations and internal updates
Track team deliverables and provide regular progress reporting

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

Degree-qualified with a strong academic background
10-12 years of experience in communications, preferably within financial services
Solid experience spanning both internal and external communications
Strong business partnering skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Highly self-motivated, proactive and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and quality
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and intellectual curiosity
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
Willingness to travel within the region as required
