Responsibilities
Execute financial modelling, valuation, and scenario analysis for M&A activities
Support due diligence, deal structuring, and integration planning
Conduct market research on mining assets, commodities, and jurisdictions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar disciplines
3 to 5 years of experience in Big 4 (Advisory/Transaction Services/Valuation/etc.), Investment Banks, or equivalent experience
Strong interest in mining sector
Advanced Excel modelling skills is a must (DCF)
Excellent communication skills with close to native English, Cantonese and Mandarin
