Corporate Management Manager

Responsibility

Conduct global organizational analysis, design and implement organizational restructuring in line with the company's needs at different stages of development, to ensure effective execution of related tasks
Responsible for internal alignment and optimization of job responsibilities, clarifying the scope of responsibilities between headquarters, regional offices, and overseas units to enhance the company's operational efficiency
Establish and improve the company's management framework and standards; coordinate and monitor the development and implementation across departments
Conduct regular inspection on the execution of company policies to ensure compliance
Build the company's process management system, establish process management standards, and continuously promote the optimization of internal processes
Assist in any ad hoc assignments as required by supervisor

Requirements

Degree in telecommunications, business management and or related disciplines
Degree in telecommunications, business management and or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years of experience in business management, preferably in telecommunications, Internet or ICT industry
Experience in international background is preferred
Strong in communication, collaboration and interaction
Forward thinking, fast learning and able to lead a team
Work under pressure
Proficiency in Powerpoint, MS and Chinese Word Processing
Excellent in both written and spoken English, fluent in Mandarin
