Our client, a leading international bank with a strong global presence, is seeking an experienced professional to join its Operations Department under Corporate Payment Services. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with solid remittance and payment operations experience looking to further develop their career within a reputable financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform checking, approval, and system release of various payment transactions within delegated authority.
• Support the Team Head in overseeing daily monitoring and control activities.
• Conduct case investigations, and handle amendments, cancellations, and tracers with correspondent banks.
• Verify dealer slips for FX-related transactions.
• Report funding movements according to currency cut-off times.
• Monitor daily transaction progress to ensure timely processing across cut-off schedules.
• Prepare and review regulatory reports for internal management and regulators on time.
• Participate in projects, including system enhancements and UAT execution.
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Diploma holder with around 8 years of hands-on remittance operations experience; degree holders with less experience will also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of remittance channels and RMB cross-border payment processing.
• Familiar with AML/CFT standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to exercise sound judgment in transaction flow and risk control.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Able to multitask, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with VBA, Excel Macro, or Alteryx is an advantage.
