Counter Service Officer / Teller (Retail Banking Department)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist Department head to supervise the day to day operation activities of all teammates to ensure the fully compliance of internal policies & procedures, relevant regulatory requirements, codes and guidelines;
2. Cooperate with Branch Operations Management Section to ascertain operation efficiency and uphold high operation & compliance standards;
3. Administrative works as assigned by supervisor
4. Other ad hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Academic Qualifications: Form 5
2. Experience: Minimum 1 year counter service experience
3. Languages: Proficient in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
4. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
5. Others: Mature with positive working attitude; Possess good communications and customer service skills
