Job Description - Country Manager- Business Development & Marketing

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of channel strategies, encompassing the entire cycle from budgeting to revenue generation.

Drive business expansion and establish a strong presence in the market, particularly in the areas of E-commerce/Digital marketing or modern trade (including supermarket, beauty shop/drug store).

Develop a deep understanding of healthcare/nutrition products, and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.

Embrace ambiguity and proactively adapt strategies to changing market dynamics, ensuring agility and competitiveness.

Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and distributors.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and make informed business decisions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in either E-commerce/Digital marketing or modern trade, with a successful track record in business expansion.

Solid understanding of healthcare/nutrition products, with FMCG experience being a plus.

Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing circumstances, and make effective decisions.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with the capability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
