Role summary
We are seeking a Creative Lead (Art) to serve as the visual and aesthetic leader of our in-house creative team. This role is responsible for defining, evolving, and elevating the brand’s visual identity, creative expression, and design standards across global and regional markets.
As a senior creative partner, the Creative Lead (Art) brings a strong point of view on design, art direction, and visual storytelling, shaping how moomoo and Futubull show up across campaigns, products, and brand touchpoints. Working closely with Narrative Strategists, Art Directors, and cross-functional stakeholders, this role ensures that every creative output reflects a distinctive, confident, and contemporary visual language.
What you'll work on
Define and lead the overall visual direction and aesthetic vision for the brand across global and regional markets
Set and evolve brand visual identity systems, including art direction principles, design language, and creative standards
Lead art direction and visual concepting for integrated campaigns across OOH, digital, social, OLV, and on-ground activations
Partner closely with Narrative Strategists and Art Directors to ensure strong alignment between visual storytelling and brand narratives
Oversee the visual quality and consistency of creative outputs across brand, campaign, and product touchpoints
Guide and inspire designers, art directors, and visual creatives through creative leadership, critique, and mentorship
Present and articulate creative direction to senior stakeholders and leadership, advocating for strong design and visual craft
Stay ahead of design, visual culture, and creative trends, ensuring the brand remains modern, aspirational, and culturally relevant
Required qualifications
10–15+ years of experience in art direction, design, or visual creative roles, within creative/design agencies or in-house brand/marketing teams with demonstrated seniority at Creative Director, Senior Creative Director, or Head of Art level.
An exceptional portfolio showcasing high-level visual thinking, art direction, and design excellence across brand and campaign work
Proven experience defining and scaling brand visual systems across multiple channels and markets
Strong track record leading integrated, multi-channel creative campaigns, including OOH, digital, social, and video
Deep expertise in visual storytelling, art direction, and aesthetic judgment, with a refined eye for detail and craft
Experience working closely with copywriters and narrative leads, shaping ideas collaboratively from concept to execution
Ability to present, defend, and sell visual concepts to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Demonstrated experience mentoring and elevating design and art teams, setting a high creative bar
Fluency in industry-standard design and creative tools (Adobe Creative Cloud including After Effects and Premiere Pro, Figma, motion and film workflows), with working knowledge of AIGC tools and AI-assisted creative workflows to support ideation and execution.
Fluency in written and spoken English
Desired Qualifications
Experience working within fintech, technology, or other regulated industries, balancing creativity with clarity and credibility
Exposure to global or regional brand environments, including localisation and adaptation of visual systems across markets
Experience collaborating with product design, UX/UI, or digital teams to ensure cohesive brand expression across platforms
Strong understanding and experience in motion design, film craft, and visual storytelling in OLV and digital formats
