Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review facility and security documentation
- Check and comment on loan documents
- Follow up precedent/subsequent loan conditions, financial covenants, etc.
- Identify documentation and workflow deficiencies, report and follow-up
- Prepare, check and review loan document.
- Check terms and conditions of loan documents and drawdown letters, disburse loans
- Prepare collateral report and monitor collateral
- Identify documentation and workflow deficiencies, report and follow-up
- Participate and contribute to projects and conduct UAT
- Prepare, review and update SOP
Candidates are expected to possess:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit Administration, with well qualified supervisory experience
- Relevant working experience in Loan and Trade operations would be an advantage
- Knowledge of processing bilateral loans, syndicated loans, Lombard lending, etc., especially in areas of banking practice and legal aspects
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Good communication and organization skills
- Proficiency in MS Office application like WORD and EXCEL
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Candidate with more experience may be considered for a more senior role
