Job Description

As a Credit Controller, your main responsibilities will include:

Monitoring accounts receivable and ensuring timely collections from clients.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to facilitate payment processes.
Reviewing and managing credit limits to minimize financial risks.
Preparing and analyzing regular credit and collection reports for management.
Following up on overdue accounts and negotiating payment plans where necessary.
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Providing support during audits related to accounts receivable and credit control.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Controller should have:

A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proven expertise in credit control and accounts receivable management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle client interactions effectively.
A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze financial data accurately.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Knowledge of credit policies and compliance regulations in the professional services industry.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
