Credit risk, VP, SEA infrastructure fund

Responsibilities

1. Track borrower performance, financials, covenants, and project progress
2. Monitor credit risk, ratings, watch lists, and prepare reviews/analysis
3. Review loan amendments/covenants with legal/deal teams
4. Support valuation, IC/LP reporting, capital calls, borrower engagement
5. Assist capital formation, ESG, refinancing, exits, portfolio strategy
6. Skills & Experience
7. 5+ years private credit/project finance/transaction services
8. Infrastructure/energy experience (relevant sectors/markets preferred)
9. Strong credit/risk assessment, financial modelling skills
10. Clear communication, analytical/presentation abilities
11. ESG/development finance/emerging markets familiarity
12. Top university academic background
