Job Description - Credit Specialist

Our client is a leading fintech company in trade financing serving major buyers in North America, Europe and Asia.

Responsibilities

Conduct financial analyses and credit assessments of large corporations to determine creditworthiness and recommend credit limits.
Prepare credit proposals and risk recommendations for management approval, while maintaining compliance with credit policies and regulations.
Regularly review credit ratings, exposure limits, and payment performance for assigned portfolios.
Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to balance business growth with risk management.
Stay updated on emerging risk trends and support the development of risk models and digital trade innovations.

Requirements

Degree holders with at least 10 years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting or credit risk management in the banking and financing industry.
Familiar with trade credit insurance, factoring, or receivables financing is preferred.
A team player with the ability to work independently with strong work ethic and great attention to detail.
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
