Job Description - 銀行電話CS Manager (Tele-services/ outbound/ bank products)

主要職責
  • 帶領電話客服團隊處理零售客戶查詢，確保達到服務標準。
  • 處理升級個案及解決客戶問題。
  • 進行電話推廣個人貸款產品。
  • 跟進及轉化網上申請，提高數碼渠道轉化率。
  • 達成每月銷售目標。
  • 按流程為客戶提供專業服務及處理查詢。
任職要求
  • 中學或以上程度。
  • 3年或以上消費金融銷售經驗，熟悉數碼貸款產品。
  • 積極、自律、有良好銷售心態。
  • 能承壓並達成銷售指標。
  • 良好客戶溝通與服務能力。
  • 良好中英文能力。
  • 經驗較多者可晉任為 高級直銷代表。
