Job Description - CTO (Local enterprise)

Your new company

A local HK technology-driven services platform operating at scale, focused on simplifying complex journeys through digital products and e-commerce platforms.

Your new role

Report directly to the CEO and act as a core member of the senior leadership team.
Define and execute the overall technology strategy in line with business priorities
Own platform architecture, system scalability, security, and reliability across the organisation.
Lead internal technology & sales teams and manage external vendors and implementation partners.
Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience
Translate business objectives into practical, high-impact technology solutions

What you'll need to succeed

A Master's degree in Technology is an advantage.
Hong Kong Permanent Resident status
Fluent Cantonese is a must; English proficiency is required for senior-level communication.
Track record of leading teams and vendors to deliver scalable, reliable technology outcomes
