Customer Care Specialist (Tele-marketing)

Responsibilities:  

• Make outbound calls to Company client to join the program and assist them to register during the service calls
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints (if any)
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

 

Requirements:  

• Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (DSE) or above
• At least one year work experience related to tele-marketing / customer service / insurance industry is a plus
• Good service attitude and good telephone manner with strong communication skills
• Pro-active, self-motivated, mature and pleasant personality
• Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills
• Responsible, well-organized and attentive to details
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Word and Excel including Chinese word processing
• This is a renewable contract based employment, candidate may also be invited for suitable permanent position within the Company.
