Job Description - Customer Marketing Officer (2-month Contract)

Responsibility

  • Perform data management tasks, including data entry, data cleansing, and data verification, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in automating eDM campaigns, from drafting content, creating and scheduling email templates, managing subscriber lists, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Upload and manage website content using our content management system, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Administer surveys by preparing survey materials, collecting responses, and analyzing survey data.
  • Provide general support to the team and ad hoc projects as required.

    • Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above, with 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp Excel
  • Organized, strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content management
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, with good communication and collaboration abilities
