About the Role

Responsible for providing services to customers relating to areas such as billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaintsResponsibilities:
Handle hotline services;
Medical vouchers data entry (out-patient claims), basic pre-approval task and billing related issue;
Filing and administration work;
Participate on ad hoc projects;
As assigned by supervisor / Line Manager Requirements:
Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
Cheerful & willing to work as a team
Hands on PC knowledge with good numeric sense
Friendly and helpful telephone manner with excellent communication skills, self-initiative
Shift duties required including non-offices hours, weekend and public holidays
Experience in customer service is an advantage Others:
You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
