Job Description - Customer Service Ambassador

Responsibilities:



  • Perform professional concierge service duties, including but not limited to answering phone calls from clients and internal customers, greeting and escorting guests and visitors, handling daily operational complaints

  • Ensuring customers’ satisfaction and making suggestions for customer services enhancement.

  • Build and continuously strengthen good relationships with all stakeholders.

  • Assist with administrative tasks and other clerical duties as assigned, including preparation of regular reports and data analysis

  • Perform shift duties when needed

  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required by the supervisors


 


Requirements:



  • Diploma or above qualification

  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in sizable organizations

  • Candidates with customer service experience in luxury hotels/hospitality industry would be advantages

  • Good interpersonal skills, pleasant, and customer-orientedTeam player with the ability to work and handle complaints independently

  • Committed, strong sense of responsibility, proactive, energetic, mature, positive thinking

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)

  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

  • Embracing our values of integrity, sustainability, excellence and openness

  • Shift working hours: 9 hours on a shift roster, inclusive of a one-hour lunch break, 5 days per week
