About the Role


Join our team at AIA, a world-class Finance/Insurance company, as a Customer Service Ambassador (Cashier / Payment). In this role, you will have the opportunity to make an exceptional impact by providing flawless customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our counter service operations in Hong Kong.


Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and maintain day-to-day counter service operations to ensure adherence to company payment guidelines
  • Provide accurate and efficient payment services to Policyholders / eligible payor, agents, and brokers
  • Conduct customer surveys to enhance our service quality
  • Collect premium and deposit accurately, and issue receipts correctly
  • Maintain proper files and records of Cashier
  • Perform reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of daily collection
  • Manage customer and agent complaints, referring cases involving sensitive information, financial implications, or issues with customer service to the Manager.
  • Communicate and follow-up on Cashier-related requests from other departments
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above with minimum 2 years of counter services experience in banking or insurance industry
  • Proven experience in customer service or cashier role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
