Customer Service Assistant (Food Manufactory)
(Customer Services Team)
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for data entry, ordering input and order delivery on CS & POS systems and excel file.
-Responsible for answering customer enquiries and complaints over the phone or in writing for the customers
-Communicate &work with different department such as production admin, Warehouse & QA etc.
-Perform operation procedures and assist to prepare data to supervisor
-General CS, Operation & Logistic admin related support to the team
Requirements:
Form 5 or above (with related working experiences will be an advance),Fresh Graduate welcome
B2B work experience will be advantage
Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
Good telephone manner and customer-oriented & Able to work independently
Basic computer skills and proficiency in both English and Chinese typing
Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
Immediately Available is preferred
*Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Assistant CS Officer.
