Job Description - Customer Service, Call Centre (Basic + Commission)

Your new company

A fast-growing financial services provider offering personalised lending solutions, digital application support, and customer-focused services to help individuals meet their financial needs.

Your new role
  • Make outbound calls to promote personal loan products.
  • Follow up with online applications and help convert them into completed sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Follow company procedures and provide quality service to customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction

What you'll need to succeed
  • Secondary school education or above, with 3+ years of sales experience in consumer finance and a good understanding of digital lending products.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, mature, and positive.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Direct Sales Representative.
