Your new role

Make outbound calls to promote personal loan products.
Follow up with online applications and help convert them into completed sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow company procedures and provide quality service to customers.
Handle customer enquiries professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction

What you'll need to succeed

Secondary school education or above, with 3+ years of sales experience in consumer finance and a good understanding of digital lending products.
Proactive, self-motivated, mature, and positive.
Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Direct Sales Representative.
