Job Description - Customer Service Coordinator (5-day work, Shatin)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage the Sales Order functions, including maintaining the SO, following up projects, shipment, and delivery, and issuing of invoices 
  • Handle delivery process to achieve on-time delivery targets
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products or services
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding project status, shipment schedule, and invoices

 

Requirements:

  • F.5 / HKDSE or above
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or administration (Candidates with no experience are also welcome)
  • Knowledge of SAP application is an advantage
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrate a cheerful and positive attitude, as well as being responsible, polite and helpful
  • Immediate available is preferred
