Customer Service Coordinator (up to 21k)

Our Client is looking for a high calibre to join their team.

Requirements:

1. Five subjects passed in HKCEE/HKDSE including Chinese and English
2. Minimum 2 years' working experience, preferably in complaint or enquiry function
3. Work experience in the complaint or enquiring handling functions of a Government Bureau/Department or other public sector entities preferred
4. Work experience in handling secretarial and administrative duties preferred
5. Well versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Proactive and versatile, a team player, and able to work independently and under pressure

Duties:

• Handle telephone and written enquiries and complaints related to Stored Value Facilities 
• Assist in data collection, data inputting and compiling statistics 
• Prepare reports for management review 
• Provide secretarial, administrative, clerical and logistic support 
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
