Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

• To follow up on the operations and provide customer service to clients until the end of shipment.
• Communicate with overseas clients and counterparties on arrangements.
• Prepare quotations and invoices to customers and follow up the payment timely.
• Resolve customer complaints and disputes professionally, striving to find satisfactory resolutions.
• Handle the local operations occasionally both exportation and importation / onboard delivery.
• Perform On-site operations occasionally.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above and preferably in Maritime/ Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding, especially in customer service and operations would be an advantage.
• Good communication skills both in written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, good problem-solving skills, able to cope with pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and adapt to flexi-work hour scheme.
• Fresh graduate would also be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $14,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
