The Job

  • Deliver customer services by acting as the coordinator between our clients of world top brands of fashion & retails and internal technical colleagues
  • An excellent development of career in a listed multinational corporation to deliver the best-in-class B2B services to safeguard quality
  • Analyze client menu and follow up the whole process with internal co-partners (e.g. physical Lab, chemical Lab and post-lab)
  • On-the-job training will be provided

The Person

  • Degree / Higher Diploma holder in any discipline
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
