Our client is a market leader providing professional financial printing service in Hong Kong. With their established brand and expanding business plan, they are looking to enhance their customer service team by looking for a customer service professional to join their team. This is a great opportunity for experienced professionals in the industry to join as their Customer Service Lead.
Description
This Customer Service Lead will be the first contact point of company's customers regarding on enquiry and requests. This person will report directly to the senior management of the company. As a CS Lead, this role will work very closely with the sales, design, editor and operation teams to take lead of the project and ensure the smooth execution. This is a leadership position, you will be working closely with another customer service lead in the team to supervise a team of 8-9. Shift work is required for this position.
Profile
The successful applicant must have at least 5 years of customer service management experience in Financial Printing Industry. You must demonstrate your experience in account management and project management. The successful applicant should be an independent and mature leader. Written and Spoken English and Chinese are essential for this position.
