Customer Service Manager I

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Customer Service Manager I

In this role you will:

• Ensure delivery of a consistently excellent customer experience
• Ensure fair outcomes for customers are delivered in all situations
• Support the Branch Manager and manage a team when required
• Manage people
• Cover the Branch Manager during leave and perform delegated tasks

To be successful you will:

• Lead, Develop and Manage the Team
• Support and Manage Branch Operations
• Manage Customer Experience
• Protect the Bank - through vigilance against fraud, knowing your customer, adhereing to regulations/policies and minimising operational risk
