Job Description - Customer Service Manager, PBD

Job Responsibilities

Greet clients and escort them to meeting room/contact corresponding colleagues
Prepare for meetings and clear out the room after meetings
Telephone conductor and basic Q&A
Assist in administration work such as computerizing data, calendar keep, form preparation, mailing arrangement, and meeting room reservation etc.

Job Requirements

DSE or above
2-4 years of experience in front desk, customer service, administration works or relevant fields
Presentable outlook and amiable character
Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese including Putonghua
