Customer Service (MNC/ 14個月糧 + FULL Benefits + 17天大假 / Work-life Balance)

Responsibilities

• Handle general service enquiry and complaints from customers via phone, email and other platforms
• Provide excellent user experience for the customers
• Follow up after-sales service including local delivery, order cancellation and refund etc.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on all order-related issues
• Responsible for ad hoc assignments if required

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Chinese including Putonghua and Cantonese
• Higher Diploma/ Associated Degree/ Degree holder
• 1-2 years of work experience in customer service will be a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
• Good at English and Chinese typing is a plus
• Presentable, cheerful, customer-oriented, strong interpersonal skills
• Immediate availability is preferred
