Customer Service Officer (客戶服務主任)

Customer Service Officer 客戶服務主任 (Counter Service / 售後 / 18 - 22K )

Responsibilities:

• To handle the day-to-day operations of the service center
• To assist the service department in achieving the company’s KPI
• Resolve customer problems and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure a smooth customer service operation for both internal and external customers.
• Provide a one-stop service to customers to enhance customer engagement level.

Requirement:

• Form 5 or above.
• Minimum one-year related experience related in the service industry.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented
• Customer-oriented, independent, and self-motivated
• Immediate availability is preferred.

• 可立即上班優先
