Customer Service Officer 客戶服務主任 (Counter Service / 售後 / 18 - 22K )
Responsibilities:
- To handle the day-to-day operations of the service center
- To assist the service department in achieving the company’s KPI
- Resolve customer problems and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure a smooth customer service operation for both internal and external customers.
- Provide a one-stop service to customers to enhance customer engagement level.
Requirement:
- Form 5 or above.
- Minimum one-year related experience related in the service industry.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented
- Customer-oriented, independent, and self-motivated
- Immediate availability is preferred.
