Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information and assistance.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for first-call resolution.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Provide general clerical duties and administrative support.
  

Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience in a customer service field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
