Our client is now looking for a high calibre for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Provide hotline customer service duty 
• Solve customers' problem 
• Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications

Requirements:

• Diploma or above 
• At least 2 years solid working experience in Customer Service field or sales administration
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Strong customer service mindset and excellent telephone manner
• Flexible, self-motivated, multi-task and able to work under pressure
• Proficient PC skills and MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
