Customer Service Officer (9am-7pm, 5-day)

State-of-the-Art Facilities
VMC is equipped with 22 consultation rooms, 9 surgical theatre suites with advanced medical imaging and diagnostic capabilities include a 1.5 Tesla MRI, 64 slice CT, digital radiography, ultrasound, color doppler echocardiography, intra-operative fluoroscopy and endoscopy. The Centre includes a dedicated intensive care unit (ICU), a dentistry suite, a cardiology suite, and a separate access to 24/7 emergency services.

This individual will:

• Perform general receptionist duties, including but not limited to greeting patients, appointment booking, patients’ registration and billing
• Deliver professional and high quality service experience at front desk of clinic center
• Handle clients’ feedback and enquiries promptly and professionally
• Work closely with all veterinarians and nurses to provide the very best medical care service for the patients
• Proactively provide feedback to supervisor on improving customers service level
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline
• 2 years’ experience in customer service industry
• Excellent client service skills and phone etiquette
• Presentable, pleasant, patient and cheerful
• Sense of urgency within a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
