Job Description:

• To handle enquiries through the hotline, , provide service resolution to meet customer’s needs;
• To handle customer complaints and dispute cases with care and professionalism
• To maintain and develop good relationships with customers;
• To follow the procedures and workflows with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements properly;
• To proactively learn and grasp the latest knowledge concerned to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties

Requirements:

• F.5 or DSE or above
• 1-2 years experience in the banking industry or contact centre
• Fluent and strong proficiency in written English and Chinese
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle complex enquiries independently
• Knowledge of customer service principles and results-oriented towards customer service delivery
