We have recently opened the largest small animal medical centre in Hong Kong with over 35,000 sq ft which include 22 consultation rooms, a first-of-a-kind in Hong Kong intensive care unit for animals, a cardiology suite, 7 surgical theatre suites, pharmacy and equipped with diagnosis and treatment, including 64-slice CT scanner, MRI system. digital radiography, ultrasound, colour doppler echocardiography, intra-operative fluoroscopy and endoscopy.

We are looking for Customer Service Officer, who will support our Customer Service team in providing exceptional customer services at night. The individuals will:

• Support our 24-hour ER service in providing exceptional customer services
• Carry out the ER night receptionist duties to ensure smooth and high quality service
• Perform general receptionist duties, including but not limited to greeting patients, appointment booking, patients’ registration and billing
• Assist clients and their pets to exam rooms
• Carry out other duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• HKCEE/ HKDSE or above
• 2-4 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent customer services attitude and professional telephone manner
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
• Presentable with pleasant personality
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, proficient in English and Mandarin
• General PC knowledge of MS Office (including Chinese and English typing)
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Working hour: 7pm to 5am / 11pm to 9am
