Customer Service Officer-Pacific Coffee

CR Logistics was first established as Far East Enterprising Company (HK) Limited in Hong Kong in 1948. Currently, CR Logistics has nine dry warehousing facilities and two cold storage buildings with a total storage area of nearly 4 million square feet, a multi-function container wharf, and a transportation fleet for container haulage and local distribution. In addition, it runs self-built warehouses, docks, and transportation information systems. In Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Qingdao, it has more than 2 million square feet of modern warehouses in total.

Founded in 2002, CRE Properties Hong Kong Limited manages around 630,000 square feet of leased retail properties -- mainly nine commercial properties located in Hong Kong’s core business districts such as Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, and Tsuen Wan. Its subsidiary Yongdali Property Management Co., Ltd provides excellent property management services, managing more than 2 million square feet of properties in Hong Kong. Responsibilities

1. Handle order fulfilment, maintenance request and invoicing for corporate customers
2. Handle inbound enquiry & provide basic troubleshooting to customers
3. Maintain data in Dynamics 365 CRM
4. Provide general administrative support to Coffee Solutions Department
5. Prepare report and monthly analysis for management review
6. Work closely with Sales/Finance/Logistics team to facilitate daily operation
7. Support hotline enquiry for retail team
8. Ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements

1. Holder of Diploma or above
2. 1 year or above relevant experience in customer services field is preferred
3. Experience on handling electric/home appliance product is an advantage
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills with people of all levels
5. Pleasant personality & patient attitude, good telephone manner;
6. Hard worker, quick learner, customer services oriented and detailed mind;
7. Mature and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
8. Able to work independently and work under pressure;
9. Good command of spoken and written Cantonese & English;
10. Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
11. Immediate available is preferred
