We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an HR and Immigration Consultant.

Renowned for exceptional customer service and industry leadership, our client is currently seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to join their dynamic team. What You'll Work On:

• Handle outbound calls , adhering to KPI and SOP (e.g., call answer rate, average speed of answer, talk time, after-call work, reachable rate, and hit rate).
• Answer calls courteously and provide comprehensive follow-up (one-stop solutions).
• Coordinate with team members across departments to handle cases and procedures properly.
• Log call results and prepare simple reports to monitor performance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relations/Customer Service.
• Experience in the automotive industry or a passion for cars is a plus.
• Positive mindset and cheerful demeanor.
• Strong presentation skills (both spoken and listening).
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese and English)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
