Customer Service Representative

FFC International Company Ltd. newly formed subsidiary company under FORTUNE FREIGHT GROUP to provide international freight forwarding services, it has physically been in the business field since 1989 performed by former company name of Fortune Freight. FFC International Company Ltd. is located in Hong Kong and acts as the head office to provide administrative and financial supports to other wholly owned branch offices in the Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam & China regions.

Responsibilities :

- Sales order follow up

- Handle enquiries, price quotation and maintain good relationships with customers

- Communication with overseas agents.

- Presentation and visitor preparation.

- Data input, management and sales analysis.

- Reporting and system development

Requirement :

- Form 7/DSE or above

- Relevant experience in Sea or Air forwarding or Shipping Field is preferable; Fresh graduates will also be considered.

- Good spoken and written in both English & Mandarin.

- Proficiency in customer service skills is an advantage.
