Customer Service Representative (Fresh grad welcome, 5 days)

Our client is a leading high-tech consumer electronics products multinational corporation (MNC), they are currently seeking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer complaints and conduct investigation if necessary
• Respond to the feedback from external/ internal customer in a timely manner
• Establish good customer relationship by providing professional customer care services
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above 
• 1 year working experience on call centre or handling complaints is preferred
• Strong communication or negotiation skill
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduate are also welcome
