A leading insurance company in Hong Kong is expanding its customer service team and is now seeking a dedicated Customer Service Hotline Officer. Known for its strong market presence and commitment to exceptional client support, the company offers a professional, fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping customers and looking to grow within the insurance industry.

Your new role

Handle inbound hotline enquiries on insurance products and services.
Provide accurate information and professional customer support.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
Assist with policy servicing requests and basic administrative tasks.
Update and maintain customer interaction records in the system.
Coordinate with and report to internal teams to ensure smooth case handling.
Meet service quality, productivity, and call handling KPIs.
Support ad-hoc tasks or projects.

What you'll need to succeed

Higher Diploma, Associate Degree qualification or above.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Good communication, problem-solving & interpersonal skills.
IIQE Papers/ Knowledge of Insurance is preferred.
