Customer Service Senior Officer, Call Centre (Inbound)-Life Insurance

China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited (“China Life (Overseas)") with presence in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Indonesia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Life Insurance (Group) Company, China’s largest financial insurance corporation.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve day-to-day enquiries and requests from customers and different distribution channels (e.g. agents, banks and brokers) via phone and email
• Handle and ensure customer complaints and complex cases are resolved effectively in line with company policies and procedures
• Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
• Provide support to management and recommend productivity/service improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• University degree holder with 4 years of relevant experience in insurance or customer service field; Form 5 graduate with at least 5 years of relevant experience will also be considered. Less experience will be considered as Officer.
• Passed in IIQE Paper I, III and V and MPF intermediaries examination preferred
• Pro-active, self-motivated, mature and pleasant personality
• Able to work under pressure with good problem solving skills
• Excellent service attitude and able to follow through on commitments to customer
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
• Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
