Job Description - Customer Service Supervisor (Ref: SERG/CSS)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise and train the CS team to ensure the team performance in compliance with Company standard
  • Maintain team daily operations including roster management, complaint handling and other ad hoc initiatives 
  • Responsible for handling customer enquiry, emergency calls & complaint in a professional and timely manner
  • 5 days work, shift duty is required including morning shift, middle shift and overnight shift

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above, preferably with 3-years call centre experiences
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good command of both spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (English & Chinese)
