Job Description - Customer Services, 23-25K, Logistic E-commerce

Job Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels.
Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction levels.
Assist in providing service and product training to customers as needed.
Perform additional customer service tasks when requested.

Requirements

Post-secondary degree
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the e-commerce or logistics sectors.
Customer-focused with strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
Fast and accurate Chinese typing skills are essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
Familiarity with various IT systems.
Proactive team player attitude.
