Customer Services Ambassador - Wealth Management Centre

Job Responsibilities   

• Assist the promotion of customer campaign and events in the center
• Provide quality services for general customer inquiries, policyowner’s services and payment related matters.
• Assist in managing day-to-day centre operation.
• Provide administrative support to the team and perform other ad-hoc/related duties as assigned by team management.
• 6 days work with shift allowance and performance incentive

 

 

Job Requirements  

• Previous customer service experience is highly recommended
• Interested in gaining professional knowledge of insurance operation
• DSE or above, preferably with IIQE Paper I and III examinations passed.
• Excellent service attitude 
• Responsible, well-organized and attentive to details.
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
