Provide quality customer services to clients of International Air Courier Division
Handle phone-in and email enquiries and shipment orders
Handle import and export shipment documents
Maintain shipment / delivery orders and records in database system
Liaise and coordinate with internal parties, customers and service agents in Hong Kong, China and overseas
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by team head/manager
Requirements:
Higher Diploma holder or up in any discipline
Working experience in freight forwarder / customer service experiences especially in Logistics would be an advantage
Well-organized, outgoing, hardworking, quick learner and detail-minded
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Fresh Graduate is welcome
