Job Description - Cybers Security (Manager - Senior Manager Level, up to HKD 1.2M package)

Your new company

A statutory body established by the Hong Kong SAR Government

Your new role

Drive cyber security policies, risk controls, and incident management.
Oversee governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and technology standards.
Review solution architecture across cloud, infrastructure, and applications.
Partner with business and IT teams to align on security and governance priorities.
Manage vendors, audits, and external assessments.
Provide guidance to senior leaders on security risks and technology direction.

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in IT, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Cantonese speaking is a must
Strong experience in cyber security, IT governance, or enterprise architecture.
Solid understanding of security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with cloud, network, and enterprise technology environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, COBIT, or TOGAF are an advantage.
Good command of English and Chinese.
