Job Description - Cybersecurity (LoD1.5) Assistant Manager, - Financial Industry

Your new role

Perform information security and technology assurance activities across systems, processes, and controls
Review and assess security controls throughout the SDLC
Support regulatory, audit, and internal assurance requirements related to information security
Provide advisory input on security risks, control gaps, and remediation plans
Work closely with IT, Technology Risk, and other business teams on assurance matters
Support initiatives related to emerging risks, including AI and new technologies
Prepare clear assurance reports and presentations for management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field
Solid experience in information security assurance, technology risk, IT audit, or related fields
Good understanding of information security control frameworks, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements
Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are an advantage.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
