Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Update, maintain, and enhance existing Tableau dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
• Work with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear dashboard improvements.
• Perform minor SQL queries or Python scripting for data preparation and troubleshooting.
• Monitor live dashboards for performance and accuracy, implementing small fixes as required.
• Collaborate with business users to ensure reports and dashboards are clear, accurate, and actionable.
• Maintain documentation of dashboard changes and improvements.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of SQL; Python or ETL experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Good communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
