Job Description - Data Analyst (AI & Data Management)

Key Responsibilities Business Analytics

Develop dashboards, KPIs and management reports to support business decision-making.

Perform data analysis to identify trends, customer insights and business improvement opportunities.

Deliver actionable recommendations through reporting and deep-dive analysis.

Support predictive analytics and data-driven transformation projects.

Data Governance & AI Data Management

Drive data quality, data standards, metadata management and data governance initiatives.

Partner with business stakeholders to enhance enterprise data management practices.

Support AI-driven solutions for data classification, anomaly detection and data quality monitoring.

Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, AI or related disciplines.

5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Management or Data Governance.

Strong SQL skills; Python experience is an advantage.

Experience in dashboard reporting, business insights and stakeholder management.

Knowledge of data governance, data quality and metadata management.

Exposure to AI/ML applications in data management is a plus.

Financial Services, Banking or Insurance industry experience preferred.
